Place your order anytime online! Gidan Masa currently delivers on Fridays and Saturdays. All deliveries are dispatched between 12:00 PM and 7:00 PM on operating days.
Weekly intake orders end on Thursdays by 3 pm. Orders placed after this will be for the following week or a future date of your choosing.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, same-day delivery may be available on Fridays and Saturdays, depending on order volume and location. We recommend placing your order early to secure same-day delivery. There will still be availability if you can select the current day in our delivery calendar at checkout.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders may be cancelled or modified 24 hours before the date of the order. We withhold a $5 cancellation fee for processing. To cancel, you must contact us on our contact page with your order number and full name.
Do you accommodate food allergies?
Our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as peanuts, gluten, dairy, and soy. While we take care during preparation, our kitchen is not allergen-free. Please contact us before ordering if you have a severe allergy.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the perishable nature of our food, all sales are final. Refunds or replacements may be offered in cases of incorrect, damaged, or incomplete orders. Please contact us before ordering if you have any clarifying questions.
