How does ordering work?

Gidan Masa operates as an order-ahead service. All meals are prepared to order based on a weekly schedule.

Here is everything you need to know about placing your order:

  • Delivery Days: We currently deliver on Fridays and Saturdays.
  • Delivery Window: All orders are dropped off between 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM on our operating days. We do not offer time selection.
  • Weekly Order Deadline: Our weekly order intake closes every Thursday at 3:00 PM. Any orders placed after this cutoff time will automatically be scheduled for the following week, or a future date of your choosing.

Important Note on Delivery Times: To ensure all deliveries are completed efficiently, we do not offer specific time-slot selections. Your order will arrive safely within our standard 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM window. If you have specific instructions for our driver (e.g., buzz code, leave with concierge, drop off at side door), please leave a special drop-off note at checkout.
Do you offer same-day delivery?

Same-day delivery is subject to availability. Please message us in our chat with your request.
Do you offer pick-up?

At this time, we are only offering delivery orders.
What areas do you deliver to?

GTA Delivery Cities and Regions / $10 delivery fee

  • City of Toronto: Core Toronto, Scarborough, North York, Etobicoke, East York, and York.
  • Peel Region: Mississauga, Brampton, and Caledon (including Bolton).
  • York Region: Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Newmarket, Aurora, Whitchurch-Stouffville, King City, and East Gwillimbury.
  • Halton Region: Oakville, Burlington, Milton, and Halton Hills (including Georgetown and Acton).
  • Durham Region: Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa, and Clarington (including Bowmanville).

Outside Cities Covered / $15 delivery fee

  • Hamilton Area: Hamilton, Hamilton Mountain, Ancaster, Dundas, Waterdown, and Stoney Creek.
  • The Tri-Cities: Kitchener, Waterloo, and Cambridge.
  • Guelph
  • Brantford
  • Barrie (including Innisfil)
  • Peterborough

York Region (partially covered)

What are your delivery fees?

Are your meals prepared fresh?

Yes. All our meals are prepared fresh on the day of delivery using traditional cooking techniques and quality ingredients.
Do you accept bulk or catering orders?

Yes, we accept bulk and catering orders for events, parties, and corporate functions. Advance notice is required. Please visit our catering page for more information.
Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders may be cancelled or modified 24 hours before the delivery date. You must reach out to us on our contact form.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the perishable nature of our food, all sales are final. Refunds or replacements may be offered in cases of incorrect, damaged, or incomplete orders.
Do you accommodate food allergies?

Our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as peanuts, gluten, dairy, and soy. While we take care during preparation, our kitchen is not allergen-free. Please contact us before ordering if you have a severe allergy.
